Training for Transition™

Our Training for Transition™ program is all about helping Girls and Women successfully make their transition through the various phases of aging. Our program is intended to help females make healthy transitions throughout their lives through fitness and exercise. We offer two program options:

 Girls: Is your daughter about to make the transition from Middle School sports to High School athletics, or High School to College?

Let us help her make that transition as smoothly and safely as possible by improving her strength and conditioning for the rigors of that next level of sports, as well as reducing her risk of injury.

 Our Training for Transition™ Program for Girls combines the award-winning Sportsmetrics™ Program and our age-appropriate Strength and Conditioning Training. Your daughter will be well prepared to compete at that next level by training for strength, power, speed, agility and quickness! All while learning proven injury prevention techniques as well.

 Adult Women: Do you find that as you make your transition through the various stages of adulthood that the challenge of remaining physically fit becomes somewhat daunting? Responsibilities of raising a family, working outside the home, and enjoying time with family and friends often makes it seemingly impossible to keep up. As you age, conditions such as osteoporosis become a real possibility unless you take preventive measures to stave them off. We’re here to help you if you need it!
